Soak it in warm water for a few minutes to soften the skin. Sterilize a needle and gently pick at the skin above the splinter to remove skin layers down to the splinter. The pain from the needle is irrelevant considering the splinter already hurts. Pointed X-acto blades work well too.

I used to dig them out with a needle and tweezers, but my baby had a deep one and I didn't want to dig that deep. I soaked her hand (gave her a bubble bath) and then I put antibiotic oitment on it over night. In the morning I found that the splinter had completely come out. Try that, it's painless. If part of it is sticking out, just pull it with the tweezers.

Use a pair of tweezers and a needle to manipulate it out. Make sure you run the needle over an open flame to remove any bacteria. Or you could wipe it with alcohol. Good Luck.

attempt tape. placed the tape over the splinter and rip it off. It would not harm that mattress and it could each and every from time to time get the activity carried out. If its too deep to get it out with tape then according to danger you need to attend a pair days and keep an eye fixed on it. according to danger the physique will do away with it by ability of itself, merely make confident it would not get contaminated.

Take a pair of tweezers and push it out the opposite way it came in. Or you can take a knife and CAREFULLY try to remove the skin above it and remove it. Then rinse it with soap and water. Then put neosporin and a bandaid over it.

I always used a sewing needle or pin.
Sterilize it with alcohol, or pass through a flame.
Break the skin holding it in, it won't hurt (much).
