We start going out for 3 months he told me w e are going to fast he kind of broke up with me but still want to see me and text me almost evry day!!! what should I do??

We start going out 3 months ago he introduced me to his family, we are fine until he said he is stress with work and we are going to fast. But he still calling me and want to see me. He text me every day! what should I do? Ignore him? treat him like a friend or ask for a explanation?
