It is the SEALs, but it is not really a fair question. The average Army soldier or Marine has be trained from the beginning in skills and tactics that are part of special operations. The average Navy sailor, the largest pool of SEAL candidates, the soldier training of the SEAL school is completely different from anything they have done up to that point. The drop out rate is not a statement that SEALs are so much "harder" or "elite" than SF or Force Recon, but says something about what a difficult paradigm shift transitioning from sailor skills to soldier skills. They are all pretty equally bad ***.

PS: Green Beret is slang. They wear green berets, but they are called the Army Special Forces (SF).

You cannot compare them like that.

The Green Berets and Marine Force Recon recruit from experienced soldiers and marines, not fresh recruits.

While the army now has the 18x enlistment option, only 2% of those enlisting under that option, actually make it thru SFAS, and start the Q course itself.

While the Seals mainly are new Sailors, just entering the Navy.

Now who would you expect to washout more ?

Some 18 year old who had been in the Navy for 5 months, or a Sgt. who had been in the Army or Marines for 4 years ?

All of those forces can declare an elite status, and paintings with a severe degree of interoperability interior of JSOC. All are incredibly distinctive too, with a average twist in challenge concentration, for this reason comparing them isn't probable trouble-free. interior the marine corps, we shelter that all and sundry marine riflemen are spec ops in a position. As a marine, of course i could say that recon factors very pretty in my scores. I additionally shelter that SEALs are sailors who've enlisted, and found out they could fairly be marines (i be attentive to this could get some reaction). yet, if i became into seeking to have my tail saved from a POW camp, and became into searching for a rescuer, i could %. the Air rigidity, especially because of the fact this is a challenge they continuously prepare for. All marines are elite warriors even nevertheless, and in case you're searching for committed wrestle missions, i could say that distinctive forces are no longer the thank you to pass. Their challenge isn't continuously wrestle. connect the corps. Oo-rah.

imo, from what i've seen, its the Navy SEALs....they have intensive training and out of 100 applicants *maybe* 20 will graduate, if that. That is not based on any research, just my observations from watching the Navy SEALs show on TV.

Who cares?

Why don't you just reach down as if you had a pair, pick one and go for it, instead of first trying to find out which one you'll have the best/easiest chance of not getting washed out.
