My friend and I were riding our bikes through a city that seemed similiar to chicago. It was a perfect day, the water in the harbor was a perfect shade of blue, and there was a clear blue sky. No one was around except me and m friend riding our bikes. We continued throughout the city and ended up at a pier, for some reason, we continued and went off a ramp that was at the end of the pier. We landed on a floating trampoline that was in the water, and after bouncing off that we plunged in. As I resurfaced, the water was pulling me away from the pier, the water was very deep like the ocean and very calm. I tried to swim back to shore, but to no avail. Then, a young girl about 9 appeared and grabbed my hand, she pulled me back to where the trampoline was, and as I climbed up, she went underwater. I opened my eyes to see her resurface as the most beautiful women I had ever seen. She was about 20, tall, asian, had straight black hair, and was wearing a black bikini with strange straps on it.

There was nothing particularly disturbing about that dream - I don't think there were any dark symbols revealing anything relavant --
I think it was just a dream where your mind put together pieces it found pleasing. I think the positive symbol of transformation (girl becoming your dream woman) and the positive symbol of safety after risk (riding off the pier to the relative safety of bouncing on a tramopline) indicates that you may perceive an upcoming risk, but believe that the risk is manageable. Might symbolize your strong support network.
I'd remind you that "watery tarts handing out scimitars is no basis for a system of government" however... (eh, you're probably too young to get that joke)

You start off in a beautiful city like Chicago on a clear peaceful day. It seems like that ramp almost invited you to drive off it. Why would it be there ? It's either that or you watched yourself just do it. You bounce of a trampoline into still waters. These calm still waters represent your spiritual values.
