I pray and have great faith in God but I still think, we will have to wait for some reason to enter His kingdom. Paradise is promised in the bible and only can one get there through Jesus Christ, whom I adore but it does not mention if this will be immediate. What do you think you know?

Either my question has been taken out of context or many of you are just mean spirited. Simple as possible, what do you suppose will happen once you die?
Naturally we will all die, I wondered if it were like an ever lasting dream.

First I would have to be able to understand what life is....to understand death...even the greatest minds in the world have never been able to explain the miracle of life....if you pulled us apart one atom at a time all we would be is a pile of atomic dust...so i cannot help you with this question...I am only here to experience my small part of this experiment..and i do not know that experience yet!

Paradise and heaven are two different places.
Paradise was promised to one of the thieves at Calvary, but nowhere in the NT is it mentioned. Paradise was emptied when Jesus preached there during His three days after His crucifixion.

The "Ring of Debris" is right. No electrical circuits in the brain, no dreams. I suspect that after death we are simply back in our pre-birth state--nowhere and everywhere- but of course I have no way of proving this. However I would be glad to dream on and on about my family all being together. These dreams are so comforting!

Paul said to be absent from the body is to be with God, so don't fret if you are a christian. Prasise the Lord. Amen!

When we die we are asleep. When it is time for our souls to be raised and judged we will be awakened

I don't think that there will be any dreaming after death. Being dead is not existing any more, so it will be nothingness.
