it was playing on the tv on a carnival cruise i went on.
most of the commercials were in spanish, but the tv shows/movies were in english.
a lot of the shows had british and austrailian kids.
it was a channel for younger viewers.

not the cartoon network boomerang...
they played "flight 29 down", a movie called "just for kicks", and a series called "don't blame it on the koalas."
thats all that i can remember.
they announced the titles in english, but they were written in spanish.

The Boomerang Channel is one of the offering on my DirecTV satellite system and I think most cable systems around the US also offer it. I subscribed to that channel for a while as a part of a package that cost an extra $5.00 a month. It has cartoons that are different from those on the Cartoon Network; for the most part the old cartoons like the Flintstones, Jetsons, Tom & Jerry, the Luney Toons (Roadrunner, daffy duck, bugs bunny, etc).
