Seriously this isn't stupid...my friend and I call it the BJ....you need just random amounts of these three items...strawberries(tastes good with 6), Orange juice(about a cup or so is good), and ice.
Then add that peach yogurt with the cow on it with the peaches in the bottom...trust me...it's pretty dam good. I guess it's not exactly strawberry but is pretty good anyways.

Apple and Avocado Smoothie
1 Granny Smith apple, cored, skin on
1/2 ripe Hass avocado
1/2 apple juice
1/2 cup ice
3 sprigs mint leaves
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and pulse until ice is incorporated. Then puree until smooth.

How about...
Low fat yogurt and fresh fruit are the way to a healthy start in your day. Blend them all together and get going.
Ingredients:
2 cup chopped seeded watermelon
1 cup chopped strawberries, stemmed and cored
1 cup vanilla yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2-4 tablespoons fat-free half and half (or low-fat milk), as needed
Additional ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Method:
Place the watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a blender and blend on high speed until desired consistency. Add half and half or milk to achieve desired consistency. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional cinnamon if desired. Serve.

Strawberry Orange Coconut Smoothie
2 1/2 cups hulled strawberries
1 peeled orange
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 ice cubes (optional)
1. Place the strawberries, orange, coconut milk, and ice cubes in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Rainbow Refresher
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup rainbow sherbet
1 Tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup fresh orange segments
Combine the cranberry juice, rainbow sherbet, and the frozen orange juice concentrate in a blender. Add the orange sections and blend until smooth.
Four-Berry Smoothies
1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 tablespoons lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon sugar (OR Splenda to equal 1 tbsp.)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Serves 2.
Mango Tango Smoothie
2 c. chilled mango (or papaya) - peeled, seeded and chopped
1 c. ice cold orange juice
1/2 cup ice cold milk
2 tbsp. honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
