Is 400 to 450 Square feet a fairly nice size hotel room for a couple? Getting a luxury hotel for parents, says the deluxe room is between 400 and 450 square feet. Another way to look at it is that its 41 square meters.

Is this a good size, and what's the average size of a hotel room?

It's not bad. The basic room sizes at the Wynn in Vegas which is quite luxurious is 650 sq. ft. and was very comfortable. The bath was huge and the room was set up with all the amenities. It had a sofa and cocktail table, desk and chair, wet bar and flat screen TV's in the both the bedroom and bath. The bath had a whirlpool tub and glass walk in shower with double sinks and a separate stool room. I consider 650 sq. ft. a larger than normal room as a standard so I think a 400 or 450 would be fine.

Neither Obama nor Clinton has proposed ending the tax exemption for home sales, or raising taxes on retirement accounts. This is just a bunch of BS you copied from some e-mail or right-wing blog. Anyway, if Obama can really provide health care coverage for every American for $50-65 billion a year, that sounds like a bargain to me. That's about 1/5 of what we're spending every year on Iraq.

we stayed in a one bedroom at residence inn by marriott and it was about 650 or 700 sq ft and had a kitchen and living room but without those things I would say 4-450 would be more than adequate just make sure it is a one bed instead of a two bed deal

it sounds like it's about 5 feet wider than an average hotel room. average 15 x 25 ft, that's like 20 x 25 .

It's not huge...but a luxury hotel is more about closeness anyway...hunh? If the rooms are nice and clean...it is plenty of room.
