Like my measurements are 32-25-33.5 and my thighs,butt and legs jiggle but I know an Asian girl who is the same height as me and measurements and none of those area jiggle.

because you are not fit. The scale is pretty irrelevant - what really matters is body fat percentage.
also not eating right, not drinking enough water, starving yourself etc contributes to all the jiggle.

Its a matter of toning. Most likely, the girl you know has a body composition that in those areas is more muscle than fat. While your weight is ideal, the composition of your body still affects appearance. Try weight machines designed to target those muscles to give them a more toned (i.e. less "jiggly") appearance. Remember though, it will take at least a month or two of doing of regular exercise with weights to cause the muscles to strengthen, so don't be disappointed if you don't see immediate results. Twice a week is ideal for weight training (in addition to whatever your regular cardio is-). Since you don't have alot of fat to burn off (according to your weight) I would imagine that you would start noticing a difference within a month and 2-3 months will probably get you the appearance you are looking for, but you have to maintain it! if you just stop, it won't stay toned!

you cant compare your body to anyone's else..everyone is unique..if you are not satisfied with what you've got,just go to the gym..4-5 times a week on a treadmill (5 miles a day) should get your butt and legs all firmed up and tight ,goo

maybe because that runs in your family where some people are naturally fit, but its nothing to worry abiut just work out
