Quit taking her ''out'' for breakfast. Continue the Sunday breakfasts with her, but have them at her place or yours. As people age, they change and cannot control some changes. You have to change your routines to suit the circumstances. Adapt.

Fix breakfast for her at her house. That way she'll be closer to her toilet and easier to clean. Keep the Febreeze or Lysol handy, too.

I think that it's great that you and your Grandma have some time to spend together. Be patient and understanding and perhaps in the future you will fondly remember her when she is no longer with you.
