I think you got a lot of good suggestions here. Your body is telling you to stay away from processed food, mine does too! Why is a 14 year old having to do the family shopping for food? If I was your mom I would help you. Make lots of fresh fruit salads and fresh veggie salads, eat whole grain breads and rolls and oatmeal, try to get all organic things if you can. Google simple recipes for kids for more suggestions. I would never make my kids eat chef boyardee or micro dinners every day...where are your parents?

Cereals are good for breakfast with some fruit and or toast juice milk
Lunch - salads, sandwiches, soup light ranch or other dressings
evening meal - chicken breast, wings, or legs (just watch out on the legs for the little bone next to the big bone - people not paying attention have got choked on that small bone - pull the meat off with a fork - after cooking.
to cook the chicken - put it in roasting pan with a lid. bake it in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes - 1 hours.
If you like hamburgers - buy ground beef. pat them out in the shape of burger and fry in a skillet.
If you don't want to fry them you can bake them in the oven like the chicken, but I don't know how long. Check them ever 15 minutes.

If you can fry an egg you can sautee (fry) chicken. Get some boneless/skinless chicken breasts and fry it in a couple tablespoons oil. You could chop it up first....then when it is pretty much white all around...add some chopped veggies...really good for you. Use some green stuff like broccolli and maybe some onions (they taste sweet when they're cooked) pea pods are really good and green. Stir it around in a big pan and when veggies are done enough for you...whalah...you have a (healthy) meal. So buy chicken, olive oil, broccolii, white onions, frozen pea pods, maybe nice roll from bakery and some smart balance spread.

Something easy and healthy would be to pick up a bag or two of salad greens and a rotisserie chicken. On the first day you can have hot chicken with a salad on the side, and for the next couple days you can mix it up:
make a salad and throw some chopped chicken in it
make a chicken sandwich and put some of the lettuce or spinach on it
make chicken salad as a stand-alone or put it in a sandwich.

Your options are endless...
Do you like salad? Buy bags of mixed greens that you like and you can add tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, cheese, pieces of turkey. and dressing for a nice Chef's Salad.
Or you can take the greens and add apples (or pears or grapes), bleu cheese, and walnuts and a vinaigrette dressing for another type of salad.
You can make a grilled cheese sandwich (just need bread, cheese, butter) and tomato soup
You can make French Toast with eggs & bread and then put syrup or cinnamon/sugar on it
You can make a baked potato (in the oven or microwave) and add cheese, broccoli, sour cream...whatever you like!
You can buy meat, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and taco shells and have tacos.
Are these good?
Don't forget that cereal (even hot oatmeal) is quick, easy and healthy in a pinch.
