of course you can! but you cant spot reduce body fat - the only way to get rid of your belly is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I have a 13 year old son and have been dealing with this same question over the past few weeks. We decided to cut out all the junk food, and focus more on fruit, veggies, lean meat, etc. You need to realize that at this age your body will continually change. You NEED calories in order to grow and develop properly. It's also not a good idea to work out too much at this age....if you are lifting weights, you could hurt your growing bones. I know this because my son lifts weights and we talked about it with his pediatrician. I'm not even sure that your body is mature enough to develop abs. Talk to your parents, your doctor, your coach. They will be able to lead you in the right direction!!!! Good Luck!!!!

I suggest hiring a private trainer to help you burn off that fat, but if money is tight, you may consider looking online to find tips on how to look good in no time!

yes..but it will be VERY hard..however,its not impossible,if you really have a great will power,you can do it..you have to go on a diet,eliminate carbs,but not al of them.,..like dont eat ANY sugar,sweets,chips,stuff like that..however,you still need whole grains...many diets fail because people just cant give up their treats,if you really believe this can make you happier,then try..it is possible,good luck!

it depends if its belly fat or strechted skin because on oprah the lady had been exercising like a maniac but lst no belly fat so she went to the doctor and it was all strechted skin so i would check with your doctor!!!!

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
