The recommended dosage is 120mg a day in divided doses (60mg in the morning and 60mg at night). When you buy the supplement look for 24% ginkgoflavonglycosides. Give it 6-8 months before deciding whether or not to continue taking the supplement.

Well, I stay away from the stuff!!!

I took it before and I found my temper was much worse.

I'm scared of these organic things that act like drugs but are not perscribed so you don't know all the side effects or have a qualified person to tell you dosages.

You will probably improve better, by eating a healthier diet, with lots of brain building stuff like proteins, getting proper sleep, and also studying regularly.

Stay away from Gingo Biloba. It doesn't work. Your too young to take such high doses of herbs that you have no idea of what it does. If you want to take herbs read up on them and then ask your doctor what he thinks before taking them. From a long time herb taker. Taking herbs could harm you. They are not FDA approved just a dietary supplement.
