Depends on the kind of blinds I suppose, but they do it all the time on the decorating show "Sell This House" where amateurs do all the work, and it works out fine.

My husband has installed the blinds in all of our houses. All that's required is a drill. We have installed both aluminum and wood. It doesn't take the two of us to do them either. The directions are quite simple. All you have to do after is unhook the bottom and pull off the extras so you don't have all that weight collecting when they are down. You're biggest decision is whether to hang them inside or outside your window frame. We always hang them inside for a cleaner flush look that doesn't hide the woodwork.

Scroll way down this screen and you will see pictures on how to install:

I installed all of ours and I am not good at this sort of thing. But I got tired of the sun coming in so I bought a Black & Decker battery operated screw driver from Sears and installed them myself. If I can do it, you can do it. :o)

No, not at all. The blinds come with instructions but it will take two to get the job done. :)

If you can use a screw driver and a level you can easily do it!
You should be quite handy around the home if you are considering it! Patience and a partner to measure are key!
