Although I doubt the veracity of your story, I would say two guys humping each other is the very definition of gay, and that there's absolutely nothing wrong with that and you should essentially mind your own business as it doesn't affect you in any way other than it's doubtful you're going to get a hook up from your brother's friends.

Determining between a phase and the real deal can be tricky. It is possible that your brother has been having trouble with women and has decided that men are his only option. If you really want to get to the bottom of it. You need to talk to him and make sure he does understand what is happening and that it isn't just him trying to vent away some anger or disappointment.

you can safely assume he likes the guy or at least the sex he had with the guy. As to whether he is really gay or just experimenting only he can tell you. Or you can wait to see the gender of the person he marries and then you will know...

Sounds like it, though I don't know why he would be upset if you flirted with his guy. Obviously his friend is into guys too unless he's bisexual. I don't think its your job though to but into his personal life or advertise it to anyone including your family. He will tell everyone when he wants to or is ready to. Try not to judge him because its who he is.
