Are you two both students? That is about the only way a person should be making only 200/month. I wouldn't think you would want any loan other than one for a student.

A loan for what? A student loan, yes, but anything else, NO. You can get credit by applying for a credit card at your bank or any department store. Many places give accounts to students, even if their income is low or even obsolete. The limit will be low, maybe $500, but it's a start.

$200 a month is a 15 yr olds income .
He has less of a chance of getting a loan than you do .

When your incomes increase to $2000 to $3000 a month , you may qualify for a loan .

Doubtful .....unless he can get mom/dad to cosign a loan for him or make him an authorized user on their credit card(s)

for one thing, you need to be 18 before you can sign any sort of a legal contract like a loan document.

I'd advise finding jobs where you can work a few more hours or open a good savings account and save for what you want.

There are always places that will give you a loan. But I will tell you on that kind of pay there would be no way to pay it back.If I were you I would try saving money or for him to change jobs before you try and get what ever is that is so important.Remember you don't have to have everything NOW.Save for it.

Definitely not. $200 is barely enough to buy food, forget about paying back a loan.
