Do nurses in the navy have to wear skirts or pants?

the exact same working uniform the men wear. the blue utilities, and officers wear tan uniforms the officers can wear a skirt. that falls below the knee you buy the skirt at any uniform shop

one more thing since this seems to be beyond most women. no thong underwear underwear under any uniforms you have to wear full briefs and they will look sometimes. so wear the right underwear to avoid embarrassment

They wear skirts for uniforms, but pants for work when appropriate. They also have fatigues which range from jumpsuits to sweat suits.
