I guess they are a good source of vitamin C. I don't know how you feel about gelatin though.

In general, they are not the worst thing for you. However, they are pure sugar (sure, they have added Vitamin C). Monosaccharides (simple sugars) give people a brief sugar high, then their energy decreases quickly. It takes about 2-3 hours for complex carbohydrates to completely digest, so expect to feel sluggish within an hour or so. If you are going to eat a simple carb, eat something with a little fat or protein to maintain energy.

Healthy? I don't think so. It is better for u to eat real fruits because eventhough real fruits contain sugar and fat but it is digested in our body. Besides, it also contain lots of water and some of it contain protein (like beans). If ur are eating fruits between ur meals, u will be more likely to feel full that finally u will consume less of ur meals. Eventually, u can minimize ur meals and lose weight. Try it out. Believe me (Besides, real fruits are more colourful compared to fruit snacks-so, it is like theraphy.)

Doesn't sound too bad, although I probably wouldn't classify them as health food. Better than potato chips, though.
