I used the course "Dutch in 3 Months" by an English company: Hugo. I never was fluent or anything, but I could hold conversations and conduct basic business. I think it would be a good start.

While internet sites and downloads are nifty for finding out vocab and grammar, they obviously will NOT make you fluent. If you cannot uncover categories at any place, a individual instruct possibly? A instruct could also be a little bit costly/immoderate, however you already know, it might paintings... But if you're set on the internet sites (I do not know any incidentally) then consider unfastened. Just make certain to train the grammar and vocab day-to-day...and talk it out loud!
