Fat, ugly, thin, pretty -- all subjective terms, my friend.
Instead of asking this question, ask yourself -- "Why do I think I am fat and ugly?"
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, dear. I am sure for every 10 people than may think you are unattractive (and this applies to everyone), there will be 1 or 2 who won't be able to take their eyes off you (in a good way).
The key to happiness in relationships -- find those 1 or 2 people.
And more importantly, be happy with yourself and what God *did* give you (including your looks and your life).

That is only how you see you.
It is true that others may think that way but, not everybody. What others think do not make it true.
What is tall & thin to one, is not to another, etc. Some could see that as being lanky, skinny, too thin, etc.
It is kind of like the saying, "One person's trash is another person's treasure".
People that you consider pretty surely have some imperfection. Nobody is perfect. In fact, beauty is truly,"skin deep".
A truly kind, compassionate heart & a warm soul is much more valuable. Looks change, true self never does.
Concentrate on being the best you that you can be and always remain true to you first. Change the things that you can change and leave the other things to somebody else to worry about. God made you the way he wanted you to be. Some he gave what I call "outward beauty" and others he gave what I call "inward beauty". I really feel that you cannot have both.
In God's eyes, all who truly believe, are beautiful. They were, after all, made in his likeness.
Keep believing in YOU and GOD. That is all you will ever have.

It didn't have anything to do with a decision from God. It's all about genes. Every person is different because their parents are different. So brothers and sisters are different...an explanation: Perhaps it is as simple as the time of conception and the food that the parents ate. There are surely many variables involved in the uniqueness that is humanity. Maybe you'd prefer that we all looked exactly the same. That would make for a pretty boring world. It's the diversity that makes us so unique.

HE didn't. It's WE who judge (by the standards of the Times) one person's "attractiveness" over anothers. And EACH person WILL have "challenges" based on her (or his) appearance to deal with in their lives. So you're "Only" 5'7 ?- What's "wrong" with that? You ALSO could've ended up 4'11, or 6'4...-Would THAT have been preferable??! And the SAME thing with your weight (I have 2 Sister's who would LOVE to be your weight- again!). And as for being "ugly" -that's NOT for YOU to decide! Do you know what's the BEST "Kind" of guy for a really beautiful woman to marry?- A blind man. -Why? Because to Him, she's not just another "pretty face". She's a REAL person... -Just like you! :)

It's all in the eye of the beholder. Don't believe the magazines or the other hype. I've never been thin/slender, but I've been rejected by several guys in my life because they liked "meatier" ladies. (And we're not talking boobs because I'm naturally gifted...) Learn to love what you see in the mirror, and others will be drawn to the way you love yourself.
Don't even THINK about trying to drop to 117! Not a healthy weight for your height - or your friend's.

i do no longer see making a song as a god given skills. You the two sturdy at making a song or no longer, spirituality or faith has have been given nothinmg to do with it. as an occasion Pavarotti is powerful at making a song the way he does because of the fact he definitely took voice classes ( as suggested by ability of himself - no longer substantial), yet he sang along with his father in choir and pursued his making a song. ~the 1st six years of learn ended in no longer something greater substantial than some recitals, all in small cities, and all without pay. while a nodule (a small lump) progressed on Pavarotti's vocal chords inflicting a "disastrous" stay overall performance in Ferrara, Italy, he desperate to resign making a song. After this episode, Pavarotti's voice almost at modern more desirable. He feels this became into as a results of a psychological launch linked with this selection. regardless of the explanation, the nodule no longer in basic terms disappeared yet, as he correct in his autobiography, "each and every thing I had found out got here jointly with my organic voice to make the sound I were suffering so annoying to realize." ~ FYI.... psychological has have been given to do with the strategies... no longer as quickly as does it say "God" interior the above. Nor does the term psychological would desire to do with "God"...

I'm 5'6" and almost 150. I'm not fat, and I doubt you are.
...but yeah I hear ya on that. If I could look like Paul Walker or someone like that, I could get the girls I want, instead of watching them take the arm of some other guy and walk away. I would rather be blue-eyed and tall(er), with a pleasant, friendly face, instead of short, Asian, and with course ugly hair. Believe me, I've broken many mirrors. Society makes fun of my kind all the time on TV, and no one does anything about it. This shows me that no one cares, not even the government.

you're 5'7 and 136lbs and you think you're fat? Jesus what's wrong with teens these days?
God made us all beautiful. It's how we carry ourselves that makes the difference in beauty and ugliness.
Queen latifah isn't skinny, yet she's beautiful. Why? because she carries herself well.
Hold your shoulders back, find alittle more self esteem, and i'm sure you'll see how breathtaking you can really be.

what makes you think you're fat and ugly??? God sure doesn't...everything God made is beautiful to Him...people need to stop looking at the outside appearance of people...some of the most beautiful people are large...maybe not on the outside, but they have a heart of gold...

You are the right weight for your height, you should stop being so hard on yourself...your friend sounds unhealthy. You need to stop be so concerned about what you weigh and start being more concerned about the person you are on the inside.
Peace
