Sionce this is a immigration site, I will assume this guy is a immigrant. Yes it's sad, and I hope OSHA will do a thorough investigation of the employers, and also check on how they treat their employees. One of the problem with immigrants, legal and other wise, is that they diminish to safety of the work place. Many of them lack the education to know wjat is safe to do. You take a person who had know electricity and put him in a job involving heavy machinery, you will have a higher chances of accidents. What's more immigrants can be intemidiated to put up with lower safety measures. Legal ones can be threaten with their work Visas and illegals are afraid their boss might turn them over to immigration. Those who come from developing country tolerate abuse more, because in these country, the boss is king. That is why we should regulate immigration more closely.

Yep.....we have people seriously injured and killed everyday as a result of their jobs.
