Hon, she is a puppy, just like human babies, she needs lots of sleep, as she gets older her need for sleep will go down.

Nothing, if she's not sleeping more than before. She's a baby, she needs rest. Another reason could be that she's bored to death and sleeps to pass the time. Play games with her, hide her food so she has to find it and take her for 2 mid length walks instead of one long one.

4 monthes is still young. Puppies sleep atleast half of the day. They use up their energy so fast, that they have to slep loads so they get it back.

As long as your pup is eating, drinking, pooping and peeing, I would have no concerns, puppies sleep a lot!
If any of those normal functions are not happening and she seems lethargic get her to the vet.

I would think so, puppies are like babies. They need alot of sleep, they're growing :]
As long as she's eating and drinking normally, I wouldn't worry about it!

Yeah, she needs her sleep. She may have nothing better to do. Maybe get her a pal (another dog) or take her on daily/weekly walks to keep her active.
