Matthew 25:23
His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Romans 8
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

2 Corinthians 3
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

God wants the best for us. He wants us to be like him. We cannot be know all he knows or be as righteous as him in this life. But he will continue to teach his children who will listen, Mormon or non-Mormon, in the next life until they know all he knows and are like him.

Matthew 5
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Yes, you have listed the major points in the Bible that point to this. Take care Jesus was almost stoned for quoting Psalms.

The page to this link is called:

"Man, Potential to Become like Heavenly Father."

Sometimes you just have to go the source to see what they say.

They have biblical and Book of Mormon references all on this page for you to browse. You can click on the link and it'll take you to the entire chapter so you can see the verse in it's context.

Psalms 82

1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
