I want to lose weight, but I don't want to get in the sun. What indoor sports can help me lose weight? Also, do you think it is a good idea to buy a gym membership?

First of all, yes, a gym membership is a good idea.

Regarding sports...it all depends on the type of sports you like. Some fun sports to play are indoor soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Swimming is also very good; it's low-impact on the joints and works out many muscle groups at the same time.

If you would like to learn self defense, I would encourage you to join a gym and take cardio kickboxing classes or join a boxing/martial arts gym and learn self defense.

Don't buy a gym membership till you are sure you can stick with a program.. Just put on some sun block and start walking...Than go from there .

I think you should try Pilates- it's fun and it's indoors and it works! And I also think you should get a gym membership- it's easier to stay motivated that way.

No need gym membership you also can control your weight. By playing table tennis is a perfect way to control weight gain and also have fun with your friend and family.
