I LOVE your Avatar name !! (I have to live in Fl.) I know that "free" feeling when you leave a job like that. Maybe you're sad because all those things happened and you lost some good years staying there. It's kind of like getting a divorce..you're glad you're out of it...but sad because you feel like you failed (if nothing else..by marrying them). You can begin a whole new life now...just investigate the next job you think about taking. Talk to people who work there and try to discern what they're like. There are going to be those kind of people in just about every job. Some people say"If you can't beat'em..join'em."...but I wouldn't want to be that kind of person. Read some books on how to deal with all kinds of people...you can get some at the Library. They're probably called "Self Help" books..or read a Dale Carnegie book. (just don't "become" a Dale Carnegie) I know we're supposed to "turn the other cheek". I think after you get so many bruises..it's time to run. (if you 're still able to) Maybe you can even google some info on emotional self protection. (I wish I had) Good Luck with your new life.OH ! S.A.D. means Seasonal Affective Disorder...maybe you should change your Avatar to "Spring Flower" lol

* Cry. It really helps release bottled up emotions.
* Pray. All things are possible with God.
* Call a trusted friend. Someone who you know cares for you and will love you unconditionally. You don't even have to talk directly about what's bothering you. Just talking in general will make you feel better.*
* Scream into a pillow. You honestly feel as though you've accomplished something.
* Write. It doesn't help everyone, but personally, writing is my passion, so I write when I am happy, sad, mad and confused. It's a good way to get things out. And paper doesn't judge you.
* Have hope. Trust me. Hope will get you through it.

God Bless.
