She thought that going to his apartment after meeting in a club would mean she could move in?
I have a bunch of questions for both of you here but I'm wondering if they'd fall on deaf ears.
So what you're saying is "they met in a club, went to his place, had sex, and then he didn't want her to live there"?
What is she thinking? Certainly she doesn't think semi-permanent living arrangements develop after one roll in the bed?
No, it's not illegal for him to ask her to leave (throw her out); it would however be illegal for her to refuse.
What she had was a "hook up" (aka "booty call") -- that's not "dating" or a "relationship". Your friend is in need of some relationship instruction.

Unless she's underage or it was rape noting. Your friend has to be a little more selective about who she spreads her legs for. With all the weirdo's running around I'm surprised women still do that. Tell your friend she needs to be more selective and more careful, or the next time it might end badly.

No it is not illegal. Yes she may (was) have been mislead but that is not against the law. It is not like she was drugged against her knowledge.
She should have taken more time to get to know him better, FIRST. She mad her decision.
However, the same situation, out of pride is why a lot of women turn around and charge rape or date rape. Sure it is her word against his, but what chances do you think they will accept his as truth?

I see no reason for it to be illegal, although it's a crummy way to treat someone. If a person doesn't want to get used for sex, they can choose not to give it up until AFTER they've gotten to know the other person.

concentual? as in, concentric circles ?
it is legal, but the woman usually cries rape. and the guy loses. he should at least let her spend the night and give her a fake phone number.

It's not illegal - the law doesn't govern these kind of personal relationships even though his actions were immoral and lacked integrity.

If they are both adults, no laws were broken...
Lets face it, he didn't rape her...
He didn't drag her back to the apartment like a caveman...
He just used her and even though it sucks, he didn' break any laws...
Hopefully your friend has learned a valuable lesson and wont repeat this mistake again!

There is nothing in the law against that. It's the guy's apartment, if he doesn't want her there anymore, it's trespassing and the police can actually be called to remove her from the premises.

As the person said before me..unless she was underage it is legal..however...your friend really needs to modify his behavior...it is wrong .and what goes around comes around..one of these days he might pull that on a girl who is so morally bankrupt..she might turn around and accuse him of rape as a form of revenge..which is CRAP but has happened..it happened to someone I knew actually..luckily it came out that she was lying before it went too far..but the stigma of being arrested for rape followed him until he moved away. Let me tell you..he has since modified his player ways.
