I have tried Vicodin, Prescription strength Aleve, and now Perkaset (not sure of the spelling). So far, perkaset is the less of the three evils but I have to constantly keep food in my stomach or I start to feel naseous again even if it's been several hours since I took it. I only take halfs and I always take them with food! Anybody have any suggestions? My only options are be constantly naseous or be in agony from a kidney stone I am trying to pass?

All the medications you mention have nausea as a major side effect. to deminish the side effects, eat several small snack like meals per day instead of large meals, drink 64 oz of water per day. If you need the pain medication but the nausea is overwhelming an anti-emetic medication can be prescribed to decrease the nausea.

I have the same problem. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and crohn's disease. So I have to take them to just slow down the pain. I eat snacks instead of meals, because it works for me like every three hour. My mom has that reaction and doesn't take them. I'm on Vicodin, b/c Percasets knock me out. I would see your doctor and try to make a plan.
Hope you feel better.

Many times drugs produce severe side effects.
Pl shift over to alternate systems of medicines like acupuncture for all pains and paralysis, YOG, naturopathy etc.

Ask your doc about Mepergan Fortis. It is a strong painkiller (Demoral) combined with an anti-emetic (Phenergan). This is what I am generally prescribed for my kidney stones.
