replaced engine but cylinder 3 and 4 dont fire change the old coil in each cylinder then replaced spark plugs good compression but is hard starting and gives me a code for the camshaft sensor would that make two cylinders not fire need help

A good chance the fuel injectors are not squirting fuel. You might want to swap with the old engine just grease the top and bottom O rings and carefully push them into there. posistions I know that intake looks hard to get off but it is not too bad two 12mm bolts hidden on the back braces must be put back in and tightened. The cam angle sensor code can be two things a bad sensor in the engine chain case passengers side of the motor or a bad engine wiring harness. A wiring harness issue might also cause injectors not to fire check #4 with a test light between the two terminals of the injector plug do not ground a injector plug use a small bulb like a side marker light.

My answer would be yes. Don't know about Nissan, but Jeep uses a crankshaft sensor that will do that.
