I agree. That part of the new community guidelines bothered me too. Why should we not be able to vent about a situation, as long as we do not personally attack the questioner? Venting and arguing is a big part of communication and sometimes necessary to calming down enough to argue rationally. And it's often quite funny! LOL

I just finished watching a play, "Into the Woods," in which the witch in the movie tells the truth, and the other characters lie (but only to make people feel okay).
Strange how witches are truthful and other people are liars.

There are people here who will report you for anything, even stuff that makes no sense whatsoever.
I have been reported for asking things like 'how can I become a better person', and my questions deleted.
