If you don't have a lot of money for luxuries such as dining out, you have to make some allowances.
Do you eat fast food 4 times or eat at a nice restaurant 1 time instead?
Overall, you will find that shopping and then cooking at home with fresh ingredients is not only better quality, but healthier, because you know what is going into the food that you prepare.
Consider going to the used book stores and getting some cookbooks, or go to various websites for recipes, and learn how to make your favorite gourmet recipes.
