What's the gender of -ar verbs?
Masculine, Feminine, or Neither?

I know -ar verbs are "To be" "To do", and not He, She, You, I, They, Yall, We, etc.

What's the gender?

Thanks,
Jin

When you say "ar" "er" or "ir" verbs, you are talking about infinitives. There are no genders just persons. We have the same in English "To speak" "To return" and "To Live."

By persons, I mean first, second, or third.

I was studing Spanish at school for a year but I was thinking more about my megadrive and which game to play when I got home than paying attention to what the teacher was saying.

There is no gender on verbs.

Example:

El toca
He plays

Ella toca
She plays

Verbs don't have gender, only nouns.
But, when you refer to a verb as a noun, they are always masculine:

El correr es bueno para tu salud. (To run is good for your health).
El amar nos hace mejores humanos. (To love makes us better humans).
El reír es agradable. (To laugh is nice).
I have shown to you the three endings of spanish verbs:
-ar
-er
-ir.

Verbs don't have a gender but if it helps, the word "verbo" is masculine.

Then you'd say: "el verbo 'ir' es complejO"

"conjugación" is feminine, so you'd say: "la conjugación de 'ir' es complejA".
