Strawberry Watermelon Slushies
2 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups ice cubes
Combine the first four ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Gradually add ice, blending until slushy. Serve immediately.
Yield: 5 cups
----------AND....
Pineapple-Banana Slush
1 medium-size ripe banana
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
2 tablespoons honey
Ice cubes
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 3 cups. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Kool-Aid Slushy
1 envelope unsweetened Kool-Aid
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
7 cups milk
Dissolve soft drink mix and sugar completely in water. Stir into milk in nonmetal pitcher. Serve at once or chill and stir before serving (or beat with rotary beater until blended and foamy, about 1 minute and serve at once). Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
Makes about 2 quarts or 8 servings.

Banana Apple Slushie
1 red apple
1 banana
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chocolate
3/4 cup Welch's® apple juice
13 ice cubes
Mix all the ingredents together in a blender, until blended and thick. Add a slice of an apple to the top of your drink mix, some chocolate syrup to the side and a tinge of sugar to perfect the taste.

I've done it with Koolaid powder (the unsweetened kind), soda and ice in a blender.
