About an hour - or til the juices run clear. If you prepped the chicken in a liquid marinade, add about 15 minutes to the cooking time.

It's a little hard to say because of all the variables with grills - the temperature, the distance from the heat, and such. But 2 pounds is pretty small...on a moderate temp I would start with about 40-45 minutes. An instant read thermometer will be a big help, if you have one.

my little indoor rotisserie says 15 mins per pound. I usually add and extra 15 mins to that to be on the safe side, besides the hubster likes his chicken x-tra crispy!
