I just recently found out that people that are against the war in Iraq will go to fallen soldiers funerals and picket the war while the funeral is in session. To me this seems OBVIOUSLY sick. Is it just me....or are these people extremely sick minded?
If anybody were to do that at my loved ones funeral i would literally drive over them with my vehicle!

Ok i agree they are sick minded for sure not only do they protest military funerals but also others.

Back 2 years ago near Buckhannon WV a small town in central WV there was a mine explosion killing miners.
All the miners except one was killed. Randal Mcloy lives yet today. Now keep this in mind in WV were are a close knit folk.
We take the way our people are treated very personnel.
The Gov Mr Joe Manchin is from a mining family and he knows mining in fact his Uncle was killed years ago in a accident at a mine in Farmington WV. Now when the funeral services were set and the visitation the evening before.
Gov Manchin came from Charleston our capital and paid his respects to each miners family. And he was nice enough to contact each family who had a miner killed. Yes he contacted them by phone and wanted to know if they would allow him to come for visitation and the funeral services also. And yes he came to all funerals. It was not a political ploy of anytype even
though the Republicans in WV thought it was. Our Gov is a caring man. And yes that group that you spoke of showed up at the miners funerals much to the discontent of the folks of Upshur County.
But we the citizenship of Upshur County could do nothing but just watch. But some how all the tire shops stayed busy fixing flat tires. So did they get even ??????????????

Yes I have seen them and they all should be getting a one way ticket out of the US. Luckily most local bike groups/Hells Angels, etc. have been coming to the rescue blocking off these pieces of crap.
They are trying to pass law to make sure these people stay so many feet away but if they were ever at a funeral I was at it would be well worth a few nights in jail to beat some sense into them (if that is even possible).

That is the frindge of the left and the Democratic Party.

They are hateful miserable people who want things there way and don't care who they hurt to get there.

Unfortunatley if you ran them over you would be in jail. The reason that is unfortunate, You don't deserve it.

I have no idea why Treason and Sedition is allowed in America now ( Other than the ACLU) but similarly I would kill as many as I could before the police shakled me. It would be worth my freedom to take a few of those people out.

They are members of the Westboro Baptist Church of Wichita, Kansas. The leader of that church is a man named Fred Phelps. It's not that they are against the war. They are against homosexuals and believe that the military's "don't ask, don't tell" rule encourages homosexuality. As alleged "Christians", they are an abomination to their faith. As fellow Americans, they are just a sick lot of people. Fortunately there is a group of motorcyle-riding veterans who show up anywhere these "Christians" plan to picket. Amazingly, the planned protest never takes place.
I'm just waiting until Fred Phelps dies. I plan to hold a protest at his funeral. It involves spilling some whiskey on his grave site. Of course I plan to pass it through my bladder first.

They aren't "sick" they are disrespectful.

We live in a country of free speech and they are exercising their right but in extreemly bad taste.

The fact that they are having an impact says that they are being successful and will therefore probably continue unless we pass legislation to the contrary.

I would support measures to keep them away from any and all cemeteries as that is an inappropriate place for political protest in my mind.

g-day!

Don't try to understand them. Have pity for them for they have no sense of right and wrong. They only wish to dictate to the rest of the world that they have no life. I assure you, when I'm not sitting at this computer, I have a life and a full time job. Don't drive over them with your car. I think that's what they would want to help draw attention to themselves. Being ignored is a far better way of telling someone you suck.

There is no use trying to understand these people. They are not human, just animals who have no heart.

Total morons. Don't waste your time with people like these, they are lost and should leave society as soon as possible in anyway they can go--forever.
