well me and my ex broke up....?

in April...I cant stop thinking about him..although he's moved on to other girls,but I just keep holding on to something thats not even there anymore...I really just wanna move on and stop thinking,talking,and wishing we were bback together...any ideas?

keep in mind i'm only 17.

You need to find new friends, interests and activities to take your mind off your ex. Suggest night classes where men might be. Auto mechanics or something. Wine tasting classes. Karate. Shooting range. Dancing? Bike rides across your state with group of bikers.

Enjoy the single life - believe me, sometimes I miss it! When I broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years, I spent tons of time with my girl friends. Together we thought of the one million and one reasons my ex and I would never work, and I soon started to realize that I was better off without him.

Go out to a local pub for happy hour and try a fun assortment of beer samplers and flirt with the bartender, or mingle with other locals. Save up some extra spending cash and update your wardrobe - if your ex hated teal and you loved it, make sure to buy a sexy dress in that color. Get your nails done, try a new haircut, take classes at your local junior college in a subject you've always been into. Bettering yourself will make you realize that you are just fine without a guy. You will soon feel awesome about yourself and hopefully get a little attitude on ya! I never felt more confident than I did during the six months it took me to finally get over my ex completely.

Just ride it out i know u hate the feeling because i have been feeling the same way for over a year can u believe it and i have guys friends to. just because he has female friends doesn't mean that he is over u. obviously there was something there with u two do u guys still talk? if u don't when he sees u does he try to make conversation?? these are signs that he still likes u.
