What will happen?

Question

Yesterday, i ate like a hard kind of food and part of my left molar is loose on the side. It broke off but it is still attached to the gums just not the whole molar. The thing is, i had a root canal on that molar. What will happen now? I don't have a crown there only a filling...The part that broke off is kind of hurting and i cant chew on that side...its so annoying! What should i do?

What should you do???
Go and have the dentist put a crown on the tooth.
After having rc the tooth becomes brittle and the chances of it breaking, like for you, is a high possibility.
All teeth that had root canal therapy should be crowned.
