I am 14 years old and I am going to be 15 on 5th May next year and I weigh 7 stone and have a BMI of 17.92 but I still don't feel happy with how I am in terms of weight sometimes.
Is there anything wrong with me?

i think its a wise idea to talk to a doctor or your physical education teacher about this, they can give you accurate information about the correct bmi for your age and height, and they can also give you some help if your feeling insecure about your weight. :)

It is UP TO YOU how happy you are. Other people cannot MAKE you happy, other STUFF cannot MAKE you happy, and your circumstances are not the maker of your happiness. Now sometimes these are triggers for happy feelings, but actually ---

WE CHOOSE OUR HAPPINESS LEvELS.

Just imagine? We get to choose how happy to be.

So your weight should have NO bearing on your happiness level.

you may see yourself as a lot fatter than you really are(body dismorphic disorder) that is really skinny your bmi should be highter
