Definately a stone colour or if you prefer something a little warmer then a pale mushroom colour would be fab. You will need to warm the room up though by using accessories in a warm colour. I would suggest either small doses of bright orange or if you're not that brave then burgundy.

A pale mint green or a lilac or one of the new shades called mushroom. Why don't you go to a DIY store and pick up some colour cards which paint manufacturers supply?

Dove gray and some velvety drapes in a gray and navy print or layered in both colors or banded drapes of gray with a single navy stripe, make sure they puddle on the floor and it'll look sumptuous.

I think a deep gold tone would look great with the navy and grey. Use a cream or Burgundy for accent.

You could use light blues and greys although the room may be a little cold
