I need a work out routine. I need to start building up muscles everywhere. I need to start developing muscles in my abs, pecs, forearms, bicepts, thighs and especially my heart.. I need some crazy cardio training so that i don't tire out easily. This is a must.. I need to increase my endurance by like 200% to be able to do what i want to do.

Hire a personal trainer or a physical therapist to teach you how to work out safely and help you meet your goals.
