okay so imm no where near over weight or fat but i have an athletic toned body and i dont do sports at all i cheer haha anyways if i just eat meat and vegies will it help me lose more weight ?? is it healthy?

you should eat meat such as chicken breast, fish, and lots of green veggies (e.g broccoli, asparagus, green beans) and 1 or 2 whole fruits everyday such as bananas. In order to burn off the excess body fat you will need to do cardio such as speed walking or running for 45 minutes a day (4 to 5 times) a week... no junk food!

Certainly meat and veggies are good for you. And cheering can give you a good solid work-out.

I don't know about losing weight: From what you say, you don't really need to. Just make sure you don't lose too much.

you will loose weight, but I don't think it's healthy in long term. There are some popular diets but you won't get enought fibre and most profesional neutritionists don't recomend it for long period of time.
