How do you get calcium? I heard green vegetables have calcium but I'm not sure. I always hated white milk and used to like chocolate milk but now I hate both. And don't even get me started on the strawberry milk. Milk is SICK!!!!!

Ugh I hate chewables. Are there tablets that you can just swallow. I'd take those.

I like green beans. And yes of course I eat stuff like milkshakes and ice cream. I doubt that's enough though.

Ask your doctor about what you can take, if you are totally lactose intollerant, then they have calcium pills you can take, but ask your doctor which ones and which ones that have the right millagrams in them that are healthy for you and baby. If you can handle yogurt, ice cream, and any other dairy product, then that will be giving you enough calcium throughout the day. Check with your doctor and ask him about calcium suppliments, and how much yogurt and/or other dairy products you can have to make up for the calcium you are not getting in milk.♥♥♥

eat foods rich in calcium such as egg yolks, cauliflower, chard, cabbage, carrots, onions, green beans, asparagus. There are many more food that supply a small quantity of calcium, so even with out milk and with a balanced diet, you won't be deficient

Orange Juice is sold with calcium as well as Country Crock spread. You just have to check the label.
