A numbing/painful feeling in my left hip?

On my left hip, every now and again I get this kind of numbing but a little painful feeling. Just wondering what this is. Is it like bad circulation or something? plz help

Circulation might be involved. But I think it's more likely that you've got a pinched nerve, either in your back or from your mattress not supporting you right so it's throwing your hips out of alignment.
