I have seen evangelists heal cancer and make crippled people walk......Maybe he used the same trick they do?

Secret: Start your show with a sermon on the healing power of Jesus and read the passage that says all who believe in me can perform these miracles too. Ask if there is anybody that needs healing start small with someone that claims to have diabetes (try to make sure before hand the person that is pretending to have diabetes is maybe slightly overweight so it is believable) call them up make funny noises and place your hand on his head followed by an AMEN!!! After your actor pretends to come to have him pull out a blood sugar test and claim it is at a normal level then pass the test around to show to people. (optional: have someone that really has diabetes take a high test for you to compare) Next get someone to wear dark sunglasses and use a piece of bamboo (or real blind cane if you have one available) then heal their blindness similarly.

First of all He is Jesus, He knew what was causing the illness.
Faith also plays a role, the man needed faith to be healed. Jesus could have done it without the mud, but He tested the man's faith.

How his blindness occurred was never the issue. The issue was God using Christ Jesus, His Son in order to perform the miracle of restoring sight. He didn't need to know why this man was blind- just that he needed (his need) was to see. Just as our deliverances in all that we have need of has already been restored- we just have to believe that it has been done - We believe in Christ Jesus and as a Believer, we have the knowledge and faith and power to do the same things that Jesus was able to do. It wasn't about the mud either - it was about faith. The Bible teaches in many parables and metaphors and the HOLY SPIRIT is the one who gives understanding and light to the words on the page. It is the believer who is reading and asking for the wisdom of the truth who will receive the true meaning and never be confused. We are spirits first - we live in a body and we possess a soul (intellect, emotions...), but our spirit will always make contact with THE Spirit and know the truth. We don't live by sight - but by faith.

The mud had nothing to do with it. People expect you to do something just like Naaman expected Elisha to when all he had to do was bathe in the Jordan River 7 times to cure his leprosy. It wasn't the river, it was God's power.

He is the son of God, how is it that he did not know the cause. Jesus does not need to troubleshoot a problem to come up with the solution.

Nah he shot a magic missle at him and he blew up and died. He just told everyone he cured that guy from blindness.
