I don't have any suggestions for getting rid of this one, but I do for preventing the next one. After you bang you shin again, get a solid ice pack (not flexable) and rub it really hard on the area where you think you will get a bruise. That will help to disperse the blood and reduse the swelling and bruising.

You could go to a store that sells theater makeup. Get a pancake that matches your skin color. That will completely cover the bruise where foundation generally doesn't do a good enough job.

You have a bruise. It will only heal in its own time. You might try using an ice pack on it, but seriously, if you want to hide it, and you need to do this quickly, then make up is your only avenue. Use a good stick concealer and wear hose or socks in a dark color to hide the bruise. Or just wear slacks or dress pants, a long maxi skirt or dress perhaps? Otherwise, time is the only way to heal a bruise.

I don't mean to scare you but getting bruises from shin splints sure doesn't seem normal. Have you seen a doctor about your bruises?

You cannot get rid of a bruise. It is something that has to heal on its own. It is under the skin.

No cures exist, only time can heal a bruise.

DONT use home remedies. I could make up 100 on the spot which u would probably try. Dont use them, you cant trust what other people say. U can use a conceiler i guess, best thing to do is grow up and let it go away. Deal with it.

It will take as long as it takes to go - you can speed up the process a little by drawing it out with witchazel on cotton wool!
