Here's some of my favorites.
HAWAIIAN SPAM CASSEROLE
1 can SPAM, chopped fine
2-16 oz. cans pineapple chunks, reserve juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
2 cups sharp shredded cheese
Mix together pineapple and SPAM and place in greased 9x13 pan. Mix together sugar, flour, pineapple juice pour over Pineapple/SPAM mixture.Top cheese. Topping: Melt 1 stick butter in frying pan. Add 1 sleeve of Crushed Ritz crackers. Saute until golden brown. Place on top of casserole and Bake at 375 degrees For 30 minutes.
SPAM CONFETTI PASTA
Vegetable cooking spray
2 c Frozen corn, thawed
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat cut in -2" strips (12 oz)
1 Red bell pepper chopped
1 Green bell pepper chopped
3/4 c Chopped red onion
1 1/2 c Whipping cream
2 tb Chili powder
1/4 t Pepper
12 oz Angel hair pasta, cooked -and drained
2 Tomatoes peeled and chopped
1/4 c Minced fresh cilantro
In skillet coated with cooking spray, saute corn, SPAM, bell peppers, and onion over medium heat 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer mixture to bowl; keep warm. To same skillet, add cream, chili powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes or until cream has slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Pour over pasta and toss well. Spoon SPAM mixture over pasta. To serve, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
SPAM HASHBROWN BAKE
1 pk Frozen hashbrown potatoes, -thawed slightly (32 oz)
1/2 c Butter or margarine melted
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
1/2 t Garlic powder
2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed -(12 oz)
1 cn Cream of chicken soup -(10 3/4 oz)
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/4 c CHI-CHI's Diced Green -Chilies, drained
2 c Crushed potato chips
Heat oven to 350'F. In large bowl, combine potatoes, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, combine cheese, SPAM, soup, sour cream, milk, onion, and green chilies. Add SPAM mixture to potato mixture; mix well. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake 45-60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spanish Ham / Rice (Kathy in FL)
1 can of SPAM, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 package of Lipton Spanish Rice Mix
1 can diced tomato-save liquid
1 can tomato sauce
1 bell pepper - diced (optional)
salt/pepper/onion Powder to taste
Sauté onions, bell peppers and SPAM in skillet. Add Spanish Rice Mix. Use the liquid from the canned tomatoes instead of water. Add tomato sauce and seasonings to mixture. Cook till liquid is absorbed and rice is done. Makes 4 hefty servings.
MACARONI & CHEESE & SPAM CASSEROLE
1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, partially thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (12 oz.) can Spam luncheon meat
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on package, except using 3/4 cup milk. Add peas and soup; mix well. Pour into 11 3/4" x 7 1/2" baking dish. Cut Spam in half lengthwise, then slice into 8 slices. Arrange luncheon meat in checkerboard pattern, beginning first row on one end of dish with 3 slices, then 2, then 3, etc.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Basic Baked SPAM
1 can SPAM
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Whole cloves
2 teaspoons water
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Score SPAM in diamond pattern and dot with cloves. Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard, water and Worcestershire. Brush on SPAM. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, basting three or four times. Note: This is a generous amount of topping, enough for two cans of SPAM at once, if you want to serve more.
Open-faced SPAMburgers
1 can Spam
10 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup onion, diced
Grate the Spam and the Velveeta cheese (difficult to do, but it can be done). Mix all ingredients together by squishing with your hand like you would a meatloaf mixture. Spread mixture onto hamburger bun halves and broil until tops are bubbly and slightly burnt.
SPAM and Popping Peas
1 can SPAM
1/2 package medium egg noodles
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 package frozen peas
1 package dry onion soup
Fry SPAM cubes for a few minutes. Add soup mix and tomatoes. Mash the tomatoes with a spoon. Add noodles (uncooked) and cook until soft. Then, add peas and cook a few minutes. Do not overcook. They should pop in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 can SPAM® Classic (12-ounce), cut into 8 slices
- 1 can pineapple rings (8-ounce), drained
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
Brown SPAM® slices in skillet. Place 2 SPAM® slices on each bottom half of hamburger bun. Top with pineapple ring and cheese slice. Cover sandwich with top half of bun.

This is a family fave. Cook rice in chicken broth. While that is cooking cut up sweet onions and spam into bite size pieces. Melt butter in a pan and add onions. Let them cook til clear then add the spam cook til nice and brown. When the rice is done add it to the pan with the onions and spam and cook all together. Add a good size amount of Parmesan cheese and mix all together well.
It is kind of like a fried rice in a way. We eat it with cucumbers and I like to add cayenne pepper to mine to give it a bit of a kick.
There is this one too that is super easy, cheap and pretty tasty.

We make after school treats with sliced spam, sliced thin cranberry sauce, and sliced Cheddar cheese.. place the spam on cookie sheet put the cranberry on top and place the cheese on top of that and heat until cheese is just starting to melt... sooo good..

i tend to make a pot of soup or ramen noddles w veggies in them or make one roast and turn into barbq,veggie soup and pot roast...winn dixie has them two for one today..:)
