well, for starters shame on you. You obviously know stuff like that isn't the most practical way to live. 2nd. If your psychiatrist know that you did meth, he will treat your drug addiction first and then what ever mental illness you have 2nd. Get off the meth, this will screw you up.

Go see your primary care doctor. He'll check you out for any physical causes that are bringing on the tension. I don't know if a psychiatrist is qualified to diagnosis this - but tell him anyway what happened and how you feel.

I reckon it'll go away in time as your body heals. The nose and head are in close proximity. So you may have hurt some blood vessels in your head. This is just specualtion - I'm not a doc.

Go make an appointment. You'll feel better knowing the answer and then something will be done to fix it.

My cousin is 40 something, and STILL lives in assissted living from messing his head with a cocktail of drugs in the 80s.

Gooollllleeeeeeeeee. When will you kids just say no!??

Haven't you seen the damage?

Now about YOUR case: tell the dr that you did meth and try to explain what the sensation is in your head. Only he can diagnose it properly. How are we to know what it is?

And stop messing with your head, OK??

Understand the problem is not the meth. The problem is in your head. That's what head doctors are for. What you are most afraid of is the solution to get you out of this mess. Your therapist will provide that if you work with him/her.
