If God really wrote the Bible, why does he write the earth is flat, held up by stone pillars, covered with a hard dome with the sun, moon and stars affixed to the underside? He wrote the sun traveled around the earth and he even made a tabernacle (tent) for the sun. Why did God think the Tower of Babel would reach heaven? Did he have Alzheimer's and forgot the earth was round and hung in space?
The stone tablets (the original ones that God wrote on) were broken by Moses (God's chosen drunk) and the pieces should still be out there on the mountain. As for the second ones that Moses wrote himself, I thought some church had them hidden away somewhere.
Josephus has been thoroughly debunked. Josephus wrote about many messianic figures and he didn't like any of them. He thought they were charlatans.

actually, there is not any different e book like the Bible. besides, the Bible “is inspired of God.” (2 Timothy 3:sixteen) In what way? The Bible itself solutions: “adult males spoke from God as they have been borne alongside by ability of holy spirit.” (2 Peter a million:21) to illustrate: A businessman could have a secretary write a letter. That letter includes the businessman’s strategies and coaching. consequently, this is his letter, no longer the secretary’s. similarly, the Bible includes God’s message, no longer that of the adult males who wrote it down. for this reason, the completed Bible extremely is “the comprehend God.”—a million Thessalonians 2:13. the way

Well, think of it this way: How would an ethereal being write a book and what would that Person say and how would He do it? It would be easier to say that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, which was written severally through the imperfections of men.
I don't know where the stone tablets are, but the Arc of the Covenant is suspected of being in Ethiopia.
The cross that Christ was crucified on was hidden by the Jews because they did not want people coming to venerate it. About 3-400 years later, Queen Helena went to Jerusalem and bribed or converted one of the keepers of the secret and by a miracle found which cross was Christ's (there were 3 crosses in the crypt). Pieces of the cross are scattered throughout Christendom.

It does not matter what I think, or what others think. There is no proof, just opinions and opinions are not proof. But, what I do know for a fact, is that there is negative and positive in all things, even the books that we read. If we are looking for the positive, that is what you will find, and same for negative. Since God is our positive force, God can not be responsible for the bible or any religious book that is read by humans. If you are looking for God try looking inside yourself, and stop looking in your mind or the minds of humans. The human mind has no clue what God is or what God's plan is. All we know is that God is positive, and if humans become positive and treat other humans positive, mankind may exist a little longer.

You are starting to use your head.
See religion isn't bad...but when they tell you "this is exactly how it happened, its the solid truth, end of story" you can guess its a lie.
Not even science ever claims infallibility.
There are too many contradictions in the Bible to be written by BibleGod. See the god the bible describes cannot be the real god b/c of contradictions.
That doesn't mean jesus isn't divine or that God doesn't exist...al it means is that the Bible is not 100% tru. it CANT be.

Christians claim that the Bible is God’s letter to humanity collected into 66 books written by 40 divinely inspired writers. God does not leave us with just claims of His divine handiwork in the Bible, but also supports it with compelling evidence. The design of the Bible itself is a miracle. Written over more than 1,500 years by vastly different writers, yet every book in the Bible is consistent in its message. These 66 books talk about history, prophecy, poetry, and theology. Despite their complexity, differences in writing styles and vast time periods, the books of the Bible agree miraculously well in theme, facts and cross-referencing.
What I don't understand is how you can make the existence of Snow White the center-piece of a philosophical critique! *snicker*

God the Father, nor his Son, Jesus wrote or inspired the Bible.
God the Father inspired His Son, to hear speak, and write the Words of God the Father. The true bread (Word of God) from heaven are those Words Jesus spoke in His "Good News", the Gospel to the people and those who have read Revelation.

I believe that the Bible is the absolute Word of God, given to man. The writers of the New Testament wrote it after Jesus was dead, but they were with the Lord during His life. Faith is not about proof, it is not about a gravestone, or a record. It cannot be found, but is given to you by God. Jesus did not "ride a cloud to heaven". He simply rose up to be seated at the right hand of our Father.

The Bible is the inspired word of God written by many men. It is infallible - without fault, complete truth.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
If you do not believe the Bible, I want you to try something.....
If you want to know the truth, really know, then I suggest you begin reading the Bible for yourself - even if you do not believe a word of it. Read it and begin praying for God to reveal Himself to you.
Some of you may laugh and say you are not going to waste your time doing this, but how ignorant to say you don't believe in something when you've never even read it for yourself?
Intelligent people Read, STUDY, and then decide for themselves.
For the word of the cross seems foolish to those who are on the way to destruction; but to us who are on the way to salvation it is the power of God.
Just do a little thinking, praying, and studying for yourselves....
:)

God inspired the writers of the Bible. It was written for our guidance so that we could live a life that would be free of some troubles that we bring on ourselves if we do not listen to what God has to say to us. Jesus said; know the truth and the truth would set you free.
