You can find out by removing all your clothes, stand in front of your web cam and if he shows up with a snorkle he just might be a SEAL!~!

Well first if he is married then run away. Next doubt he was a SEAL. Those guys dont run around and run their suck about it. Any yahoo can get things to make a uniform. But like alot of these good folks have said there are ways to call him on it. There are alot of people both vets and hacks that have been proven to fake their war chest. There was a guy when i was in that got busted for faking he was a Navy Chief SEAL and he was an E3 but he had all the things. Well one of the Chiefs found out and dragged his butt to Coronado to let him play down there, then they busted him under the UCMJ.

All of his "proofs" can be forged - and given today's high-tech publishing programs, those forgeries are stunningly easy. The most important piece of paper a veteran has is not his Honorable Discharge, whatever this guy may say - it's his DD214, the official record of his time in service and of what he did in the service. Ask him for that - AFTER you get him to tell you, verbally, all the important dates: when he enlisted, when he was commissioned (those dates will be different), where he trained, what duty assignments he had, what awards he recieved (if any) and when he was discharged. If, when he presents you with his DD214, even a single one of those dates or facts is off, he's a freakin' fake. And producing a fake DD214 is a federal offense which should be reported to the FBI (look those fine folks up in your yellow pages).
And if he gets upset with me for advising you thus, tell him this from me: Sin loi, suckah! (Vietnamese for "sorry about that")

I would have to see the pic to tell you if it was fake or not. If he is married and has kids you shouldn't mess with him. Adultry is also against the UCMJ and he could get in alot of trouble if he is caught.
My opinion is he is using the SEAL status to impress you, regardless if he is a real SEAL or not, tell him to take a hike and find a decent guy that can fully commit to you and that does not commit adultry!

I have experienced people that say things that they aren't. He may have been in the Navy but that doesn't make him a SEAL. Those types of lines are used to impress you so you'll let your guard down. I'd say he can't be trusted. Why would a "Navy SEAL" be looking a little action on the side on the internet?

He's probably lying. Retired Navy Seals aren't in the habit of revealing themselves. Anyone can learn to speak "lingo" given some research and practice.
And why would you want to fool around with a married man for anyhow??? Sounds like he's just laying a story on you so he can get laid.
Dump him honey, your feelings aren't worth throwing away on a low life such as this guy. If he'd cheat on his wife, he'd cheat on you too.
As for the documents he's shown, they're probably forged. With computer technology today, anyone can forge anything.

You are being a sl*t if you even still talk to him or wonder about him after you have found out that he's married with kids. Don't even be CURIOUS, just stop contacting him. Just because he's in the military doesn't mean he's perfect. I know of a couple military guys who have killed their wives and kids, one guy lived down the street from me, there were like 12 cop cars.
Respect his wife and kids and ignore him. Karma is a ***** you know.

Okay here's what you do... Dont let on that you know anything special, but ask him about his BUD/s (spelt the way it looks with the slash..). Just that one thing alone. Just ask him: "What about your BUD/s?" and see what he comes back with.
He should come back with reams of information about his BUD/s - the class number, how many were in his class, how many made it and how many failed, the names of every person in his class, a story about each and every one of them, who was the Honor Man or if none, then who was the Most Distinguished, and the dates of the classes and when he passed.
Then take this information and bring it to one of the following two websites to verify his information:
http://www.veriseal.org/
http://www.authentiseal.com/
And if he IS a phony, bring all the information here for the final verification check - and they will put his info online for the world to know he is a phony:

Officer, and enlisted go to BUD/s. Even from the Academy, you go to BUD/s. but as an officer, you only get one chance at BUD/s, and if you fail, you can never come back as an officer. BUt don't think getting into the Naval Academy is any easy task either.

SEALS do have a quite high divorce rate. But, you can ask one question of him and await the answer:
"Did you do BUDS at the creek or the bay?". If he gives you a blank stare, walk away and forget you ever met him. If he asks you what you are talking about, walk away and forget you ever met him.

So if we tell you that he's not a Seal does that mean you won't sleep with him and perhaps destroy his family? Fine, he's not a Seal. Make you feel better? Do yourself a favor, get a boyfriend who doesn't have a wife.
