Ok so theres this girl who has said she's "getting over someone else", now most of the time this would be an obvious no, but im not sure in this case, were still textin everyday, talk for ages on IM whenever possible etc etc.. I really want to be with her, so I was thinking of waiting 4 more weeks (6 weeks since the breakup) and asking her out. If yes, great then if no, i walk out. Now before you say I should stay friends with her, I only see her once a week, and I am getting more and more work to do. Is this a good idea? If not please help with some more ideas!

Depends, if all your try to do is get laid, no. Now if your trying to have a good geniune relaitonship, then I wouldn't even start yet. Works starting to pile up and all your going to is get her hurt again and you in the process. Now a better bet is to just keep waiting to see what happens, don't be in such a rush to get something going on, until she's willing to fight for it, its just better in this situation because of the whole getting over the ex thing, you defintly don't want to make it easy on her, she'll jump to quickly for it.
