I love spiders and chase them around if I see them. They are quite ugly and scary looking, but people are far more dangerous!

I can say that I feel physically sick whenever I see my ex! *LOL*

Oooooh massive phobia.

Imagine that you are giant and when a spider approaches it runs in terror.

Here's something weird but worth doing.

What is the color of your fear of spiders?
How different would it be if it were a different color.
Does that change how you feel?

I don't feel physicaly sick, but I get nervous and usualy run away from it.
Possibly you have a phobia of spiders and this is what's causing this phyical reaction.
Maybe do some reaserch on phobias.

This forum...

Has a section for people who fear animals/insects. So, if you wanted to you could join and discuss it with people who also have a phobia.

My son does, last one he saw was apparently quite big. he called down to me to get it out of the toilet, I said I would be up in a minute. Half an hour later it was not there anymore I told my son it was gone. He had a fit and even though he is 16yrs he slammed the door and began sobbing in his room, he then realised that he had his mobile in his hand and had somehow called our family friend, he hung up immediately. he then told me what he had done and I had to phone our friend and explain what had happened. She had been very concerned about the anonymous sobbing. All in all I found it very funny.

Yes, I have a phobia of house spiders and I get into panic attacks when I see them. I'm thinking about trying hypnotherapy as I have heard it has high success rates. x

Wow there is someone else who feels the same. I usually scream the place down, panic and hyperventilate which is followed by feeling sick.

Don't feel physically sick, but can't say I like them, but I deal with them as humanely as possible after all someone has to protect my fiancee and her fear of them.
